The house is to share with one other male 40+. And a full time professional. Priority would also be given to those in the emergency services or local hospital staff.
The room in this small house is not available to a couple. There are also two cats in the house.

Inside the room is a very cozy double room set up, for single occupancy only and newly decorated. All standard facilities are available, inc kitchen and Wi-fi.

This is a quiet house and would suit someone who is of a similar mind. The property boasts free parking and strong security but is based outside of Brighton so it is not in the town centre. The seafront is a 15 minute walk from the house with an extremely regular bus service to both brighton, eastbourne and all areas in between.

You should be security minded, respectful, professional £500pm/ £125w (inc)

You must also have a firm understanding of the energy crisis on April 1st. Energy saving in this house will be critical.
