Haven’t had the chance to go in as current lodger is still using the room. Viewing is fine though and the room has always been kept clean and tidy,

We have a dog, and cat so living with pets must be ok for potential tenants.
The Bedroom is situated on the middle floor of the property with a toilet that can be considered an en suite. (Has shower too)
We are easy going people who are full time workers and aren’t worried by people who work unusual hours.
1 minute walk to town centre.
Brighton and Eastbourne are 25 minutes in either direction and with the transport links makes this very desirable for some.
