Available to rent is a single bedroom in a house, which myself and my wife own. We are friendly easy going people. Not to strict with rules but do ask that people contribute to household duties.
The room is on the middle floor of the property and has a shower and toilet on the the same floor, WiFi is included and all other bills too. The shops (when open) are about a minutes walk and the train station and bus stops are directly opposite the property.
There is a garden which is available to use and lounge kitchen and dining area is also available to you.
We have a cat and a dog (dog can be nervous at first, but once he knows you will act like your best friend)
I have no pictures at the moment as my current lodger moves on the 6th but can add pictures of this from then.
