Large Single With En-Suite In Seaford

Hi,
My name is Christine, the 'landlady' and I live part time in the house in Seaford and part time in Belgium/France. My daughter Emily will be your housemate. She is a nurse working in Brighton.
We are looking for a young person (up to +/- 35) to share the house with my daughter (and myself when I am in the country).

Our dog Otis (old springer spaniel) accompanies me to Belgium /France, but will be at the house as well at times.

The room is very comfortable with plenty of storage and a beautiful view of Seaford Head. It has a toilet/shower room next to it.
The photos show an armchair and little table, but it is the plan to replace these with a desk/table and chair. The plants are also optional.
There is always parking outside the house. Not a busy road. At times there may also be off road parking on the drive.
The kitchen, lounge and garden are shared.

Seaford is beautiful and has plenty of shops and restaurants.
It is near enough to Brighton (25 minutes drive, 40 mins by train), about 90 minutes by train to central London, from the house to the seafront is a 15 minute walk.
The south downs national park is literally next door.
