Looking for someone clean, kind and respectful. Ideally I would like somebody who works, however I will consider students. It is a large, bright and spacious property with a calm/ relaxing vibe. Happy to have chats in the kitchen but I do like my own space and down time.

The room has brand new carpet, bed and mattress and you're welcome to furnish how you wish. Although you won't have your own ensuite bathroom as such, there are two bathrooms in the property. One is on the same floor as you (but is also the guest bathroom). The other one is upstairs by my room.

This room is in the centre of Seaford Town by the Library on the 12X and 13X bus route to Brighton and Eastbourne. The bus stops are within 2 minutes walk. It is a spacious room (with high ceilings). It is also a 10 min walk from the beach and 20-30 min walk to South Downs (pictured).

There is free parking outside (on the main road) however it's first come, first serve. There is also a balcony at the rear of the property and a garden down a flight of stairs. This can be accessed down the side of the house too.

Please note: I have two very fluffy cats so this is NOT suitable for people with allergies. In terms of accessibility, the flat is on the first and second floor with only stair access to it.
