Looking for a new occupants for this newly refurbished bedrooms, available in a spacious 4 bedroom house in Seaford. The location is a 2 minute walk from main bus route (Brighton ― Eastbourne) which takes 40 minutes to central Brighton, 10 minute walk to town, 15 minute walk to beach, 2 minute walk to local community centre and gym. There are two large bathrooms, also newly fitted, both with shower and one bath. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need (as well as a utility room with washer and dryer) and there is a large, open-plan living area with T. V and a beautiful Garden. You would be living with a 55 year old teacher and one other so need to be respectful of the house and the others living in it. In the house there is also a very well-tempered, people-loving black Labrador who is very quiet.

At the moment, both rooms have a single bed, but you are welcome to replace with a double bed if you wish. A double has been in both before and it has still been a pleasant, cosy room to live in. The first room has a large, built-in wardrobe, bookcase/shelving and a chest of drawers, as well as side table, lamp, chair, tv stand & a view of the garden. You definitely won't be limited on storage space! The second room has a wardrobe, shelves, bedside table with lamp & chair.
