A clean and recently refurbished room location in Seaford. The room is within a three bedroom house, with a kitchen/diner, lounge, front and rear garden with patio and two bathrooms. There is also plenty of parking outside the house.
As individuals we are very welcoming and wish you a pleasant stay with us in our home. You are more than welcome to use the other rooms and gardens of the house, we just expect our future lodger to keep them reasonably tidy after use.
The room has large storage capacity with a big fitted mirrored wardrobe, shelf and cupboard. We have limited fast fiber optic broadband that you are free to use as much as you like. All bills are included , washing machine available to use.
In the kitchen there is a double cupboard for you to store food and a shelf in the fridge and one draw in the freezer..
We have a very friendly sheepdog and three friendly cats.

As you already may know, Seaford has excellent transport links to Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne.
From Cemetery Gates, Vale Road (2 minutes’ walk) you are able to catch a 12A bus to Brighton or Eastbourne every thirty minutes. The 12, 12A and 12X runs from Seaford town every ten minutes to both Brighton and Eastbourne. All bus times are readily available online with Brighton & Hove Buses.
Equally trains typically run 25 minutes past and 57 minutes past the hour from Seaford station to Brighton. This train stops at Bishopstone, Newhaven Harbour, Newhaven Town, Southease, Lewes, Falmer, London Road Brighton and Brighton. It takes less than 20 minutes to Lewes from Seaford and 30 minutes to Brighton.
