Double room in contryside houseshare

We are seeking new housemates for this beautiful countryside house-share, this is an HMO (house of multiple occupancy).
En-suite room with additional 2nd room attached to use for a studio/lounge/office space.
Max 2 people for this room, Sorry no pets.
£1212 monthly rent plus electricity (approx £70 per month), plus £10 monthly kitty charge. All other bills included.
1.5months deposit required.
12 month contract, then rolling monthly contract.
We are situated 15mins drive from lewes, Forest row, Haywards heath and Uckfield or 35mins drive from Brighton. It's a rural location so advise applicants to own a car. Public transport around here is not very connected.
Living with 6-7 other lovely humans, with a shared kitchen (fully kitted to suit an HMO), shared lounge, shared co-working space, veg/herb plot, large garden with firepit and chickens.
We are looking for a person or a couple that can really make the most of this space, help keep it tidy, help tend to the garden and chickens, and cook meals for everyone occasionally. There is a good balance of time to be social together and time/space to be alone in this house.
