1 double bedroom (largest bedroom in the property) very spacious there will be a **brand new double bed and mattress** ready for the new tennant, also a bedside table and lamp plus the wardrobe is massive. feel free to make this space your own and bring any furniture of anything decretive. There is a large kitchen with a breakfast bar with lots of cupboard space as you will receive your own, downstairs WC & large lounge area which I’m happy to share this space. Garden area has a small patio big enough to enjoy the sunshine and also there is a shed if required you can freely use but the garage is off limits. Upstairs consists of all the bedrooms and bathroom, I use the smallest of bedrooms as an office, but on occasions if required you are welcome to use the computer. The property is located in a close, there is multiple shops and supermarkets in walking distance and also the train station is around a 15minute walk. There are 2 fantastic gyms also in walking distance if you are into health and fitness.
A little about myself, I am a commercial gas engineer and I’m out of the house between the hours of 6:30-17:00. in the evenings I spend a couple hours at the gym 5 days a week. I like riding my motocycle, walking, gym, socialising & music! I am looking for someone that will essentially be a house mate not someone who just lives in the house so the space is comfortable for everyone. Please feel free to message me with any questions!
