We are looking for professional females to fill two bedsit rooms in this beautiful large home to share with 2 other female lodgers, landlady and pets (dogs, cats and chickens)
This is suitable for a 9-5 professional looking for:
- a quiet home, clean living, bedtime is around 10pm
- modern, warm and well ventilated home
- free and ample street parking
- near train station, bus routes and shops and sea front, nomadic sauna (15min)
- full bath, separate shower rooms and separate toilets
- washer and dryer
- plenty of space to cook (open plan kitchen island)
- all bills included except TV license
- cleaner included for shared areas
- large kitchen with island

Large room - fully furnished
- king size memory foam mattress

Single room - fully furnished
- a compact single high sleeper, over a desk and small sitting area

sharing:
The landlady is a busy bee, working mostly from home, thus access to kitchen are set around breakfast, lunch and dinner with some flexibility. Pots, pans, dishes are shared, with space in fridge and freezer. And you are welcome to have a kettle and microwave in your room if needed.
During spring and summer there is some access to the patio/garden.

cleaning: this is a very clean house, suitable for those that appreciate this, eg wiping before and after use of kitchen, toilet, shower. We try to use the least amount of chemicals as possible for cleaning eg white vinegar, as well as how we eat, mostly freshly cooked, grown or foraged.

to note: during spring and summer we have occasional international language students on the spare room downstairs, which is separate from the lodgers rooms upstairs, staying a maximum 3-5 days only for room and board with minimum disruption.
