(There is no washing machine but a service launderette in the parade of shops a short walk away).
The whole studio is electric including a wall mounted heater and individually heated water taps.
The Studio is B EPC rating.
The WIFI is cable and there is a relay in the room.
The studio in accessed through the side gate and there is a decent garden area with a table and chairs.
There is a parking space on the drive or space for bikes to the side behind the gate..

The Studio is 0.5 mile away from the station and there are 3 bus routes 2-4 mins walk.
Landlord lives in the bungalow attached
