Would suit busy professional working FEMALE who appreciates a clean and comfortable living space. The room is for single occupancy only, but friends are welcome occasionally to socialise, just let me know.

Own fridge/small freezer and use of washing machine included.

There is free car parking in the road outside.
I live close to Holmbush Tesco (5 mins walk) and Southwick local shops are only 10 mins walk away. There is a small swimming pool less than 5 mins walk away and a path to the Downs also within 5 mins walk. The train station is 15 mins walk away and buses to Central Brighton (no. 46, 2) are 1 min walk away.

I am interested in sport, motorbikes, spirituality, camping, walking, mediation and environmental issues. I volunteer for food waste prevention and homeless charities.
I like my own space, I like watching TV and movies, but am more than willing to socialise and enjoy sharing an occasional meal, some theatre/gigs, comedy and pubs!
