We have an extra room on the top floor with a fantastic sea view in our family home, and we've decided to find a lodger because of the ample space available for another person.

It's about 15 mins walk/3 mins drive to Conquest Hospital. 2 mins walk to the bus stop and 10 mins walk to Tesco Express. Parking Available. Fibre Optic broadband is available.

Most suitable for NHS staff, any other professional or a student.

The bathroom on the top floor has to be shared with one person only. We are very friendly, and we'll be guiding you through all the details and instructions until you settle in with peace of mind.

Right now, the room has a double bed. We've decided to include additional furniture after a meeting to discuss your requirements. It's important to us that you receive good comfort and feel at home.
