Fully furnished room, only has a single bed. Storage provided. Internet, TV licence and bills included, Council Tax band A. References are required. Smoking outdoors only. Must be a tidy person and willing to take fair share of cleaning duties. Any drugs are forbidden and will not be tolerated. Pet friendly, I have a pet bunny who lives indoors. May not be suitable for dogs due to not having garden space for them to run around in. Parking is available on the street outside or a parking permit may be able to be obtained for £15 a year from the management company. I am quiet, like to read and will generally keep to myself but would like someone I get on well with and could be friends with. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. A lock can be fitted to the door of the bedroom if need be, I don’t have a problem with this but will have to go through my landlord to get this done. Gas and electricity is on a pay as you go meter. You will obviously have to provide your own food and toiletries but cleaning/ household products will be bought jointly. Washing machine and tumble drier in kitchen, shared fridge, oven and microwave. The bedroom for rent is currently being sorted and tidied and will be available once this has been done. It is a double room but I have a single bed that is clean, comfortable and has always had a mattress protector on. Bathroom has a shower and bath and toilet is seperate. Central heating and double glazed throughout. Ideal tenant must be respectful to myself and neighbours and have some form of employment. The flat is down steps so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Warrior Square Station is a 2 minute walk away, Lidl is a 10 minute walk away and it is also on a bus route
