We live in a big old house with a big old garden in St Leonards. 2 adult females, a 12 year old and a border collie. We have a large bedroom and private living room with a log burner going for rent - 650 for both all bills in.
The rooms are massive and separated by a sliding door. to create a studio flat vibe. The kitchen, bathrooms and garden are shared.
We are looking for a housemate that is flexible and laid back and able to enjoy the charms of a mixed generation, mixed ability household.
Dogs are welcome (provided they get on with ours) cats are not sorry. Ideally we would like to rent to a female who enjoys a quietish life.
