I have a double ensuite room available to rent in my home; the room is on the ground floor, so there is a lot of privacy. The room would come partially furnished (bed, wardrobe, and bedside table will definitely be available).

On the middle floor is a shared open plan living room and kitchen diner, which leads onto the garden.

I love the house so much, so I care about keeping it clean and nice. I would like anyone sharing it to feel the same and want to help to keep it like that; it has such a lovely atmosphere. You would be sharing with me and my small dog, she is shown in the photos, she is very quiet and clean, she loves playing ball, sunbathing and sleeping.

We are relaxed and friendly. I have a few different creative hobbies, and I also love walking, plants, yoga, and exploring outside.

The house is under 5 mins walk to the beach, 10-15 mins walk to the station, and 10 mins to the lovely St Leonards shops, restaurants and cafes. Hastings old Town is also a 35 min walk.
