Ensuite Double Room in peaceful home

I have a double ensuite room available to rent in my home. The room would come partially furnished (a bed and built in wardrobe would definitely be available). The ensuite shower room includes, a shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage space.

The house includes a shared open plan living room and kitchen diner, which leads onto the garden, a relaxing, sheltered, and sunny space.

I love the house so much, so I care about keeping it clean and nice. I would like anyone sharing it to feel the same and want to help to keep it like that; it has such a lovely atmosphere.

You would be sharing with me, my other lodger, and my small dog who is shown in the photos, she is very quiet and clean, she loves playing ball, sunbathing and sleeping. I have a few different creative hobbies, and I also love walking, plants, yoga, and exploring outside.

We are friendly and respectful to one another, and are therefore looking for someone who is the same.

The house is under 5 mins walk to the beach, 10-15 mins walk to the station, and 10 mins to the lovely St Leonards shops, restaurants and cafes. Hastings old Town is also a 35 min walk.
