Large room in Sunny St Leonards On Sea!

Hello everyone!! 😊 We have a room to rent out in Sunny St Leonards On Sea. It is available from May. The house is a 4 bed terraced, situated on a residential street, with plenty of on road street parking available outside. We are both easy going sociable working professionals who are happy to chat and hang out but also respect people’s privacy too. We have a 6 year old daughter and 2 very cuddly dogs. We are looking for a friendly working professional who is respectful, clean and tidy. Flexible on length of let, this can all be discussed in due course.

The room is fully furnished and overlooks the garden. It consists of a king-sized bed, a small mirror, corner lamp, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. There is also a wicker sofa in the room. There would also be room for a wardrobe. Bathroom has recently had new tiles fitted and has an electric shower over a bath. Facilities include a large fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and a dishwasher. Separate utility room which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer in. Separate downstairs WC. We have an open plan lounge/diner, which you would of course be welcome to use. We want someone who is able to feel comfortable and at home!

We have 2 bus stops very close to the house, both less than 30 seconds walk away that service various areas including the Conquest Hospital and the town centre.

Tesco extra supermarket located 15 minute walk away.
Alexandra Park located a 35 minute walk away.
