I’m putting out some early feelers for a female lodger to rent a large, bright room in my flat in central St Leonards On Sea whilst I travel with my son in late September 2027 for around 2–3 months. Dates are flexible for the right person.

The flat is in a central, private, quiet, secure and well-maintained building, ideally located:
• Less than 10 minutes to the station
• Less than 15 minutes to the seafront

The room itself is generously sized (approx. 16’4” x 15’11” / 4.98m x 4.85m), with lovely garden-facing views that make it feel peaceful and bright - the sunrise/sunsets are awesome. The flat is modern, clean and uncluttered, creating a calm living space.

This would ideally suit a single professional looking for a comfortable, well-located short-term home.

I prefer not to post too many photos publicly at this stage, but I’m happy to share more details and images on request. I’ve been successfully letting rooms via Spareroom for over 10 years, so you can be confident in a smooth and reliable arrangement.
