Very large double room with its own conservatory attached, so you get loads of extra space and light. It also has a built-in wardrobe and shelving.

Room 2 – £600
Good-sized bedroom with built-in rails for hanging clothes.

The house has grey carpets throughout, a modern kitchen, and a nice open living space. There’s also a green bathroom with a big white bathtub, plus shower, toilet and sink.

Outside, there’s a huge driveway with plenty of parking and a really big garden.

I do keep one room for myself but I’m hardly ever there – usually back about once a month with work, so most of the time you’ll have the place to yourselves.

Just looking for someone decent who will look after the home and treat it properly.
