We are seeking a clean and tidy person with a good sense of humour to join our friendly, central St Leonards houseshare.

The house is on a side street near Warrior Square, close to shops, buses, takeaways, post office, station and seafront.

The vacant room is on the second floor. Clean and bright it has Ikea-style desk, table, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a comfortable single bed.

Same floor: convenient ‘Breakfast Nook’ with sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and storage. Well-kept bathroom, shared with two considerate housemates, has ample storage space.

First floor: an additional toilet and basin, and a door out to a sunny roof terrace.

Ground floor: kitchen, with all cooking equipment provided, Washing machine. Conservatory with dining table. Quiet patio with seating.

Existing housemates work mainly from home and enjoy a chat and a laugh. We have one very friendly and adorable black cat.

Suit someone who works from home, or works locally.

Free street parking is from 4pm to 11am Mon-Sat and all day Sunday. Parking in nearby streets is unrestricted.

Rent is inclusive of utilities, central heating and Council Tax, Superfast Fibre wifi covers the whole house, terrace and patio.
