Join our happy, peaceful, and creative household in the heart of St Leonards. We’re looking for one sensible, friendly, and considerate housemate (with a great sense of humour!) to share our beautiful, safe, and well-loved home.

Our "spare" room is a spacious, brightly decorated haven on the second floor, fully furnished with sleek, modern white furniture. The room also has access to the loft for additional storage.

You will share the top floor with just one other and have a ‘Breakfast Nook’ right outside your door! Equipped with a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, and microwave, it’s the ultimate in convenience.

The beach-themed bright bathroom is also conveniently located on the same floor.

Love the sun? Our south-facing roof terrace is the perfect spot to soak up the rays.

Dine in the bright, airy conservatory/dining room, which opens onto a quiet, private patio with outdoor seating.

The ground floor kitchen is equipped with a large air fryer, hobs, microwave, washing machine and plenty of utensils, slicers, dicers, pans and appliances.

We are a fairly quiet bunch of genial housemates, busily working on our own individual projects, who enjoy a friendly chat and a laugh with our housemates.

The landlady is a local historian and the landlord is Ollie, her friendly black cat.

Tucked away on a side street, the house is perfectly placed:

Close to Warrior Square station, bus stops, shops, cafes, chippies and other takeaways and - of course - the seafront.

Free street parking is available 4 pm–11 am (Mon-Sat) and all day Sunday.

Rent covers everything—Utility bills, Council Tax, and Superfast Fiber Broadband.

I'm very sorry but we are unable to accommodate smokers, couples, pets or bicycles.
