It’s a quiet new build area with only a 15-20 minute walk to Pevensey and Westham train station (Google say 26 minutes, it's lying, I have timed it!!) Bus stops less than 5 minutes walk away. There is also a shared lockable bicycle store and visitor parking.
10 minute walk to local Stone Cross Tesco, chineese takaway, doctors surgery, dentist and the local pub as well as a couple in more pubs about 25 minute walk in the other direction by Pevensey castle.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, x2 bed side tables, large double wardrobe, x2 chest of drawers, mirror & venetian blind. You will need to bring
your own TV.
You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, with a review after that time. A young professional would be a good match.
No smoking in the flat, and I do like to keep things clean and tidy.
All utilities included with rent £500 per month, food not include.
