OUTSIDE
I have a lovely long garden (with my office at the end). It is a fantastic garden to relax in, very peaceful and sunny. At night it comes to life with solar lighting and a Hue mood light in one area. There is a gate to the front of the property. It is fully enclosed and pet safe.
The garden has three main sections:
1. A seating area with 4 chairs, great for having a coffee and relaxing next to the pond. The pond has a fountain, waterfall, 3 fish, and a frog!
2. The central area is for wild flowers, bird feeders and a bee hotel.
3. More relaxed seating, coffee tables and a BBQ. Mood lighting. This area gets the sun late into the evening.

About me (and you):
I am renting my son’s old room now he has moved out. I spend a lot of time abroad (every 4-6 weeks I am abroad for about 2 weeks), so you will frequently have the house to yourself. I am looking for a lodger who is professional, easy going, respectful, trustworthy, clean and tidy. As we will be sharing the house space it is important we get along and have a mutual understanding of each other. This will include pre-agreed house rules and boundaries.

I am open to pets on the understanding any damage will be paid for.

I work full time, mostly from home. However, I have converted my garden shed into a fully functioning office so this is where I work from during the day. I am generally at home most evenings.
