My chalet bungalow is in a quiet road that has no through traffic , it has 2 rooms upstairs, the available one has skeelings and a character feel. You can walk to the bottom of the South Downs in 6/7 mins, with beautiful views everywhere.
There is a large fully practical kitchen / diner to share.
There is sole use of a newly refurbished Shower room that has a large shower cubicle. The house is a friendly professional environment and we enjoy peaceful surroundings with excellent neighbours.
At the top of the road are buses to Eastbourne every 10mins or to Brighton every 30min.
Polegate railway station is approx. 20 minute walk away. with London 1.20hrs away.
