Double room to let in quiet Woodingdean location. House is on a corner plot with a large garden.

- Shared use of toilet/bathroom with large shower
cubicle (no bath)
- Shared Kitchen with electric oven, including own
cupboard space available and a separate
fridge/freezer for full use.
- Washing machine and tumble dryer available
- Conservatory area for eating / relaxing / working
- Garage in garden which can be used to store any
items if required.
- There is free parking in the surrounding area and we have an off road driveway which tenants can use
- Some local amenities 5 mins walk up the hill are: post
office; convenience stores and pharmacy.

Transport links: we have a bus service which runs outside the door and the following buses are available -No 2, 22, 52 and (84 to the universities in Falmer) which gives good access to lots of areas; Brighton town centre (within 30 mins), Brighton Marina (52 - hourly route is a direct bus) Rottingdean, Shoreham, Worthing and Eastbourne. We are in the South Downs National Park, so easy access for nice walks and cycle routes.

You would be sharing with Tracy and Roger and our 15 year old cat called Tabs. We are a friendly couple who enjoy being at home and relaxing, as well as enjoying the odd evening out.

Tracy works Monday to Friday office hours and Roger works mainly at home and sometimes outside of the home different parts of the week.

This room would suit a single professional who would like to live in a quieter area and household in Brighton.

ALL BILLS (Also council tax) ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE OF £450 per calendar month

Please note: we would also be happy to consider any part week rentals for people who may just work in the area. We could consider Sunday - Thursday or Monday to Friday.
