Hi there, The bedroom is on the garden level and has seperate garden entrance, its own lounge/diner (this room has the dog door in it and access to garden for our dogs), private kitchenette and shared bathroom with one other female lodger - a 35 year old female professional who’s very good natured.
We sleep on the top floor, and have our own kitchen and lounge on the middle floor so it’s all quite private. We are a couple (43 and 45) we work from home. The house is on 3 levels, detached, garden, a park right next door.
We enjoy having chats and sharing food sometimes with our current lodgers. We have 4 dogs (so NO CATS unfortunately) each with quite different personalities.
We don’t take a deposit, we just choose carefully who we rent to. We’re happy for guests to visit/sleep over twice a week. Rent includes a biweekly clean.
We’re relatively quiet, not party people anymore! The house is very relaxed and we’re pretty easygoing.
