Room ensuite with private lounge

We offer 1 double bedded room with en-suite facilities and study/ living space.

Bedroom is located on the top floor of our house and is overlooking a very quiet garden. On the same floor there is a bathroom ( small walk in shower) allocated to this room only and addition there is also a study/ living space just across the hall. The views from the Study are sea views, very calming.
The top floor is very much your own private space , we only have some storage facilities up there and will require occasionally access.
Our kitchen is located on the ground floor and we usually work out the ‘schedule of use’ so everyone in the household has its own time and space. We have ensured that there is a small refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, microwave in the upstairs living room so one has lots of freedom to live independently and upstairs for those for small , day to day life bits.
We live in a quiet residential area just 15 min outside Brighton. We have a great Bus connection in to town ( bus stop only 2 min walk from the house and it takes 25 min to get into town). Parking is always available and free of charge just outside the house.

We are a professional couple and are looking for individual to join our quiet household whether on short or long let basis. Best way is to come and see our place and meet us.
