Large double room, separate lounge & kitchentte

RE PETS: NO CATS AS WE HAVE DOGS Hi there, we’re a couple (41-43) renting a garden level room at BN26UB (house has 3 floors, our bedroom is at the top). The level the room is on has another bedroom with our 18 year old daughter (she’s very respectful and good natured), a lounge/diner and kitchenette for the lodger’s use - we ave access to garden via lounge/diner and the dogs have access to their dog door there too. There’s a bathroom with bath on that level shared with our daughter. There is a separate garden entrance on that floor for the lodger. There’s another lounge and dining room up a level and large kitchen. There is limited storage so the space is only suitable for people who are bringing clothes, a few books, personal items etc. The space is fully furnished and there’s no space for additional furniture or lots of boxes. The current occupant brought her own desk so we will be getting another desk for the room once she leaves. We have 3 dogs and we don’t leave them alone for long as we work from home. The house is directly adjacent to a good size park, and 10 mins walk to the downs. It’s a 30 minute bus ride to Churchill Square. Sussex University is close geographically if you drive or cycle but is over one hour on the bus. We’re British/Mexican/Bermudian, pretty laid back as long as basic level of respect is maintained. Lodgers are welcome to have a guest visit or stay over twice per week. Natasha and Chato : )
