Stunning room in beautiful modern house

The house was recently refurbished to a very high standard, with all mod cons. The room is a double room, with a beautiful bathroom that is shared just with my daughter (21). The house is beautifully appointed, with big rooms, open plan, and stunning sea views from the house. We also have a beautiful patio garden, with a hot tub. I have two very friendly and entertaining dogs. As for us, we are chilled and easygoing with busy lives, so ideally want someone who just fits in.
