I am offering a high standard spacious double bedroom in a safe and quiet location in Woodingdean this is available for a professional/working Female preferably But would consider a Professional Male. The room is situated on the ground floor of my modern renovated chalet bungalow.
There is a newly refurbished wet room. My home is comfy and clean I am looking for somebody that is also clean and tidy.

I am happy to offer different options of availability Monday to Friday let at an adjustable price or a 4 day let this can be discussed in more detail when visiting the property. all options considered. Please email me for details if you are interested.

The property is located on a very quiet close. The house has a large kitchen dining room, Lounge. and all amenities.
Easy parking/There is no restrictions in parking.

I am a NHS health professional person with with a outgoing bubbly personality. I am friendly and hospitable and would welcome you to my home.

I have one Daughter and one son, My Daughter lives away from home now and my son is 25 and lives at home he is a professional male and works in the public sector.

I also have 2 cats. One white chinchilla Persian and one very cute tabby ;-) they are both 13 years old.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

There are easy bus links to Brighton and the Sussex university they run every 15 minute to the local busy city. Both hospitals RSCH and BGH are also a very short distance and easy accessible. Easy journey to the universities which are just 15 mins away. Also there is a gym near by and the Brighton marina with lots of nice restaurants not to far away. Every where is easy to reach on a simple bus ride....or even better if you drive.

I will be charging £600 per calendar month. This is inclusive of all bills.
