Lovely sunny double room with sea view

Relaxing sunny room with sea views, plenty of storage and free on road parking in a quiet area. On a direct bus route into Brighton. Near to the Sussex Downs, the A27 and the Universities.

This south facing room is fully furnished with beautiful sea views. Furniture includes a double sized bed with new mattress, bedside table, large sturdy clothes rail, desk and small chest of drawers. It is a beige colour with a cosy cream carpet.

You will share the house which includes a good sized lounge perfect with an open fire. The kitchen is modern and clean with a table and chairs. The bathroom was recently completely refurbished in December.

Outside there is a decking area which is perfect for sitting out on in the sunshine. The garden is very relaxing and I have a veg patch if you are green fingered and fancy a go!

Location: the bus stop for the number 22 into Brighton is a few doors away. The bus takes 20 mins into town or 30 mins on the way back (as it goes around Woodingdean first). You can also catch the number 2 which is a short walk away. At the top of my road is the South Downs so perfect if you love cycling or walking. It takes about 8-10 mins to walk to the local shops in Woodingdean which includes co-op, chemist, fish and chip shop, health food shop etc.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.

I am looking for someone friendly, considerate and who is willing to do their share of the cleaning!

My home would suit an animal lover. My two cats live in the house - they like a cuddle if you are so inclined. I also have rabbits and a guinea pig. It would be great if you would be willing to feed them once in a while if I go away or the odd night when I am at my partner's house.
