Rent is £600 Per Calendar Month. Deposit is £600.

Council Tax, Water and Internet bills are included. Gas and Electricity bills are NOT included.

Gas and Electricity TOTAL bills are usually £35 - £40 per month during summer 🌞

2 bathrooms, 2 fridges and a shared living room. NO parking available.

Dagenham Heathway Station / Romford Station / Chadwell Heath Station is less than 15 minutes by bus.

10 - 15 minutes by bus to Queens Hospital, 20 - 25 minutes by bus to King George Hospital.
