2 bed flat backing onto barleylands fields between Basildon and Billericay, nice and quiet light feel to the place. it has 2 bedrooms, I will only be renting out 1 of them and leaving the smaller one for myself, although I will not be living there as I travel a lot for work. so essentially you will be getting the whole flat for the price of 1 room, this is purely to keep the place filled and running.
it has all necessesary stuff but you will need to allow for things like tvs,
it has dishwasher, washing machine, wardrobes and large setee, perfect for a working couple or single working professional.
I tend to stay at my partners house when I am back from work so don't worry you will almost never see me.
