My house is in a quiet terrace, 3-5 mins from Basildon train station, depending how quick you walk! it is a 10 min walk to basildon hospital. It has permit parking included.
I would like to think my home is cosy & has a light relaxing atmosphere. The garden is south facing, lovely in the summer on the deck. Sky TV & Wi-Fi included.
There is no over-crowding in my home.
The rent includes house cleaning & gardening all bills included.
