I'm a live in landlord living in a lovely new build home in Basildon.
- Basildon station and town centre is a 5/6 minute drive away (25 mins into London)
- Pitsea town is a 7 mins drive- Tesco, Aldi, The Range
- Asda is a 7 minute drive
- A 25 minute walk into town
- Basildon hospital 5 minute drive
I'm looking for preferably a female to rent out one of my double rooms. (Will consider male for the right person)
Students and professionals welcome!
Unfortunately couples will not be considered.
You'd be a full time worker (not remote).
You will have access to the communal areas of the home, garden, kitchen and bathroom.
The room is fully furnished with a chest of drawers, bed side tables, a double bed and a clothes rail.
All cutlery and utensils, bedsheets, duvet and pillows are provided. All I ask is for you to supply your own mattress protector and fitted sheet.
I'm looking for someone to stay at least 3-6months. However I am open to shorter terms.
The ideal person needs to be a non-smoker, very clean, quiet, tidy person.
