1 double bedroom in 2 bed house

I have 1 double bedroom available to rent in a 2 bed terraced house in Basildon. The bedroom available has a tv and a bed - however the bed pulls out from raised flooring (it is a full normal double bed, very comfortable) but welcome to bring your own bed if you prefer. The desk shown in the bedroom image will be removed.

I live on a walkway with parking either side of the house, parking is not allocated, no permits required and there is always a space available.

Less than 10 min drive from Basildon and Pitsea station or around 15mins on a bus. Its a very quiet and calm neighbourhood, with friendly neighbours, a few shops in short walking distance and a 10min drive from Basildon town.

Shared garden, kitchen, living room, dining room, conservatory and bathroom. I am the only tenant and rarely home.

I am an Events Manager, I work in the office around once per week and at home on other days (Mon-Fri).

I stay out at my boyfriends, so you would often have the place to yourself. However some weekends myself and my boyfriend stay here at home - on some of these occasions there would be a dog staying for a few days (friendly dog, and of course would never be allowed in your room.)

I am looking for a male housemate, someone who is a working professional and someone quiet, clean and tidy.
