You will have every facilities with washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker.. its occupied by multiple tenants , workers only please. Work reference is important to provide.
Also you must take turn to do cleaning in the house plus your room. If you are a clean person and not depending on other tenants to do your chores please get in touch by email or phone.
I don't take any deposits and NO ANIMALS OR SPECIES please. Anything get damage in the house or in your room or broke anything by tenants must replace by them straight away.
