Double room available in family home

This a room with a comfy double bed, desk, and wardrobe. The room is light has a front-facing, large window. The house is located in a quiet village with on road parking and space on the drive too.

I live with my daughter, who is 4 years old. I am a friendly, considerate and respectful person and generally keep the house well maintained and tidy. I’m looking for a like-minded person to join our household.

I work shifts, consisting of days and lates and I also work weekends.

Please be mindful that this a family home and being respectful and considerate of that is a must for me.

Please be aware that you will have exclusive use of the bedroom and shared use of the bathroom and kitchen, however no use of the living room as this is where my daughter and I spend time together.
