Located within a few minutes of Spar and Co-op and 3 gastro pubs Lion Inn, Six Bells and Queens Head. Plenty of country walks and cycle paths from the village.

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate at the time of the arrears –

5 weeks notice is to be given either by Tenant or Landlord to terminate the tenancy.

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
