My flat is spread over 2 floors, I am looking to rent my upstairs bedroom.

The room is ensuite, has a double bed with storage, chest of drawers and smart TV for your use. There is also a closet available for hanging space.

As well as having your own bathroom the bedroom is the only room upstairs allowing you a little more privacy.

You will have use of the kitchen facilities including oven, fridgefreezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a lounge and dining area for your use.

There is also 1 car parking space for your use. While I am not at the flat a second parking space is available for guests.

The flat is located in the town centre of Braintree, very close to all amenities.

The train station is an 8 minute walk away and has a direct link to London Liverpool Street. The bus station is a 5 min walk with various routes available.

Braintree is also located very close to the M11 and is only a 20 minute drive to Stanstead Airport. The towns of Colchester and Chelmsford are close by.

I am easy going and friendly. I mainly live and work in London and will only be back in Essex on the odd weekend so you will have the place to yourself for the most part.

You must be clean, tidy and trustworthy. References and background check required.

Strictly no smokers, no children permitted to stay. Guests allowed on discussion, strictly no parties.
