Lovely double room to rent

I have a spacious double room to rent in the Goldingham area of Braintree. It is part of a lovely, quiet house share. The house consists of a communal kitchen and living room/eating area as well as a communal garden

You must be employed. Rent each month will cost £500 for a double furnished bedroom. Included in this price is rent, all bills including WiFi and a regular cleaner for the communal areas.

No pets (must be fine around animals though as I myself have pets that get use of the garden and come into the living area with me, very friendly and always up for attention!)

We also have tenants that are parents who currently live in the house that have their children stay at times. Please bare this in mind when asking to view

There is a car park, however it is very hard to get a space. I recommend parking on the street which is a very, very short walk from the house.
