I am looking for a female outgoing flat mate who is happy to share the space of the flat.
There is a towncentre with a 5 minute walk, parks, restaurants and all amenities close by. Freeport shopping village is a 8 minute drive. Train station is also 5 minutes drive/ 10 minute cycle.
Stansted a 20 minute drive too.
🔸All bills are included. Internet and Sky Tv in living room.
🔸The room is furnished with wardrobe, small bedside drawer and ottoman single bed. A double could fit in the room but would take up most of the space…and additionally would need to be provided by tenant.
🔸The family bathroom is newly renovated and will be for the tenant as I have an en-suite for myself.
🔸Additionally, someone who is happy to live with a hypoallergenic small dog (doesn’t shed fur) part time (she goes to my mums half of the week).
🔸 There is only one parking space for myself however, there is free parking in roads nearby to park.
🔸I work at stansted airport until 10pm at night, so will arrive home just before 11pm.
No students please- professional adults preferably.
