Hi,

My house is a 2 (double) bed, end of terrace. It is situated in the quiet village of Great Notley.

Great Notley is sat just off of the A120 with quick access via driving or local bus to Braintree. (Serviced by direct trains to London Liverpool Street.)
Stansted and Chelmsford are both a 20 minute drive away.

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a portal for 1 car but plenty of car spaces on road.

My brother and i have jointly owned the house for 6 years. I do not live in the property.
My brother works in the south country so he is only home on weekends and during periods of leave. So the house would be to yourself most of the time.

The bedroom is double and is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and Chest of draws.

The bathroom is recently refurbished and has a fitted large shower head, over the bath.

The garden is a good size with decking and table and chairs at the rear.

The kitchen is open plan with the dining room, which are both furnished with all the necessary goods.

The living room has two sofas and a 40" tv.

£450 includes heating, electricity , water (meter) sky, wifi, insurances & council tax.

We are looking for a nice normal person. Who is clean and tidy. Simple :)
