A beautiful location on the edge of the Conservation area with the River Black Water, with beautiful walks along the river. Easy access to main roads and public transport, close to the A120 and A131

5-10 minute walk into the market town of Braintree and the bus or train to Chelmsford, Witham and Colchester
15 minutes walk to Braintree train station that goes straight to Central London Liverpool Street.
25 minutes drive to Stanstead Airport.
30 minutes from Chelmsford
30 minutes to Colchester,
1 hours drive from Cambridge central.

Whilst the bathroom is not ensuite it is pretty much for your sole use.
It is a quiet spot and would suit a more meditative person. I am a vegan myself so prefer a vegetarian or Vegan.

There is no off-street parking, I am using the drive myself, however, the road is very quiet and there is parking directly across the road from my house. There is no through traffic on this road.
