The house is a large 3 bedroom house but I will be the only other person living here.5 min walk to train station. Less than a min to bus park. Town centre is 3 min walk away.
I have a fairly large friendly dog so that needs to be taken into consideration.

I like a quiet life and I'm looking for someone who is respectful of that and would be happy with that kind of set up. Having friends around is acceptable as long as things don't get out of hand. shared use of kitchen/bathroom. Outside shed is available for storage if needed. I'm a smoker myself so that's ok. Large garden to rear
