Double furnished room, tv included quite area

I have one large double room to let in my 2 bed house In Braintree, all bills are included in the mounthly rent.
The room shares a family bathroom with shower only. (your room overlooks the garden and is quiet).
You will have use of the lounge, washing machine, tumble dryer, kitchen and unlimited broradband.
We have two young dogs, a choc lab and a staff cross, both are young and excitable to start with, but are very friendly and just want to love everyone.
I work full time so the dogs have the run of the house during the day (not your room of course).I WOULD ASK THAT YOU HAVE A LOCK ON YOUR DOOR ( PROVIDED) , as i have a dog sitter who sees to the pups most days (to let out and ensure water etc).
The house is very warm and friendly, I am social and easy going.
The house is a five min drive to the center of town (so within walking distance), 30 mins drive to stanstead airport and close to the A12, so good access all round.
There is a co-op at the top of the road and a couple of pubs a gentle stroll away.
I have off road parking, and you can use the garden as much as you wish.
I love to cook and bake, so there might even be treats.
