GREAT 1 bedroom apt in heart of brentwood

(Available from 1st of feb but can be flexible with move in dates)

Hi!

So this is initially only for two or 3 months with potential for longer if it’s a good fit. It’s a great little apt in an excellent location in a charming road just off Brentwood high street, close to all the essential shops & gym, as well as the train station being within a few mins walk away.

The room itself is a very good size with plenty of light, double bed, computer desk. You also have a lot of privacy due to no immediate neighbours on either side of the apt.

I'm looking for a relaxed easy going person, unfortunately this is for female only. I grew up with my mum and sister and generally just find them easier to live with and have just much better experience in the past.
