This is a 3 bed house that is currently SOLD, however due to covid the sales process is taking far longer than expected.. I am looking for a SHORT TERM (TO FIRST WEEK OF MARCH 21) tenant who is flexible to move out with 2 weeks notice.
You will basically have your own double bedroom and shower room and sole use of the lounge and kitchen. You will have the use of the whole 3 bedroom house basically.

I have a bedroom on the ground floor that i use as and when I am back from up north, which currently is once a month for a few days. Again because of coronavirus that could well be less,
THE HOUSE MUST BE KEPT VERY TIDY AT ALL TIMES.
