Unpretentious character house in quiet residential “leafy area” we have lots of private garden to enjoy but we are only a ten minute walk from Brentwood Station and Brentwood High Street- 3 mins drive to M25 J28.

The room has just been redecorated and has new quality carpeting.

We will be doing a little more decorating in the house generally but this should not disrupt anybody

The house sits on a very large garden ( about an acre) and the fields attached (27 acres) that are exclusively for the house owners to graze their horses.

I have a decorative shed with chairs and tables far down the garden, it is in a sun trap and encourage people to use it to chill out. Not compulsory of course.

We do have stables and horses abutting our fields; If the tenant does not like horses, please be assured they don't encroach on the large residential garden area.

Any tenant would have full use of the tranquil large garden and have access to the fields to enjoy walks on private land.

The house itself is ten minute walk from the High Street and Brentwood station. There is a bus stop about 3 minute walk away.

Husband smokes BUT only outside and any tenant would be welcome to do the same- but no smoking in the house.

The owners do have an extremely likeable, harmless and friendly family dog. He loves people but he doesn't intrude.

The owners keep one lounge for their own exclusive use.

The owners are easy going and the house has a relaxed atmosphere, so we are looking for a tenant that is low maintenance, friendly and easy going.
