The bathroom is shared, and the spacious kitchen fully equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The unshared garden is huge and very rare for a flat in Warley, Brentwood. It is south-facing- ideal for taking in the sun, having a drink, and for your laundry.

Laundry & Latte and other useful shops are 2 minutes away. Tesco Express and a mini-Waitrose on Warley Hill are 7 minutes walk..
